great video, thank you. in case anyone needs the part number for the parking brake button that has the light in it I replaced mine with 35355-TGG-A32 from my local dealership using this vid as a guide. super easy.

Didn’t understand you either but didn’t need to. Video was very helpful. I took the button out & cleaned it very well. Reconnected it afterwards & it worked perfectly fine as well. Didn’t have to order the button. Thank you for the video

I had the same problem. Assholes at Honda Dealer in Houston wanted to charge $150 just to look at it.....parts and labor would have pushed the total cost of repair to $300. I bought the part (35355-TBA-A01) from Amazon for $27.99, installed the replacement and it worked like a charm!!

Did not understand any words but did not need to. Helped me know how to do this repair. Ordered the part online and replacement took only 10 minutes and works perfectly now.

I have same problem with my 2016 civic touring and I brought it in at Honda service and they could not find the cause of the fault and wanted 12 hours diagnostic charge and they said that is not guaranteed they will even find the fault. I have been doing the seat belt by pass trick but I will try replacing this part. Thanks!
