When sitting, find a good cushion specifically designed for bed sores. They look like a connect 4 board / grid where the cushion applies different pressure points on your butt so its not always at the same place. There are a lot out there so you'll need to figure out which one works. For laying down / bed, I totally recommend the bedsore rescue positioning wedge. That one is effective.

I think kits a good idea to wtrite both hands...kids can learn lanquages and stuff easily ....the neurons are able to carve many paths and that should not stop until your dead....life will be longer and better keeping that brain moving.

There are many studies that say trying to "force" a person to learn to be ambidextrous is not a good idea neurally, especially when young. It can stunt brain development including memory and logic. It's like the cliché "jack of all trades, master of none". But I do agree in your situation, trying to improve one's non-dominant side that is affected less is a necessity.

I always thought calling someone "you're a tool" was just a polite way of saying "you're a d__k"! Although I don't hear that term used as a slang as much these days since we're in the times where directness is expected. Come to think about it, calling someone "you're a d__k" is probably polite these days.

Amen. And remember the disabled reporter he openly mocked before he was elected? If he did this on a playground he would be called into the principal’s office and his parents would be apprised of behavior they would want to address and rectify. As you know, Norm, I am disabled, too. What he wants for you and me is terrifying. Even more terrifying? How many people voted and plan to vote for him again, and who would go along with his disability hating policies without questioning it.
