please help me, I have a problem with the fact that I somehow messed up the whole machine, because I wanted to change the location of the Y sensor, which should check that the machine head does not cross the boundary of the working field beyond the edge upwards. The moment I moved the sensor so that the head always stops 3 cm below the upper right corner after turning off and on, the machine goes completely crazy and completely ignores the X and Y sensors and does not know the limits of the working area. (model: monor 7050 )
basically, I can engraving, I just have to manually enter the starting position of the head, but the problem is that when I end the project or turn on the machine, it completely shakes because it ignores the boundaries, also if the project crosses the boundary, it doesn't warn me but smashes against the side. Im so done

Servo or stepper which have long life
Servos are more accurate than the steppers, and with Servo, u can run ur machine much faster .However, motors don't really break most of the time is ur drivers or wiring
hello, we have with my gf problem that at start or when we click reset, the head ride to the up center of machine, and machine thinks it is top right corner, we cannot move to the real top right corner, and machine sometimes freeze or lose communication with RDWorks (or with pc) this all started to happen after power supply change, dont you know what to do with it ?
Having the same issue but for me my power supply wasn’t changed.. how do we fix that
@@joeoppong3419 we realized the problem is or better say was the x axis end switch, to be more precise, not in the end switch but in its cable.... the cable was simply broken in some place and it had not contact with mainboard we replaced the cable and the end switch and now it get beautifully into home position as it should
