@@michaelfleming213 yes I agree. Atheists, Muslims and others read the Bible to try to disprove it and with the attitude they bring to it, the Holy Spirit cannot get to their heart. However, there was a time many years ago when I was going to church but still battling with alcoholism. Once I started reading the Bible regularly, God really started working in my life and I read the parable of the Sower and saw the condition of my heart and what it needed to be and I surrendered to the Holy Spirit there and then and never touched a drop of alcohol since that day 27 years ago. So to be open to the Lord gives God the chance to work. And I know where you are coming from and I totally agree. @@puaweal9762 God can use one Bible verse to speak to us in many different ways. It’s amazing.

If you study the prophecies of the Bible you will see for yourself that they can only come about by a divine being. And when all the prophecies point to Jesus first and second coming and have been fulfilled with 100% accuracy, thousands of prophecies, the only conclusion you can come to is that the Bible is true and so is Jesus. Check them out for yourself.

​@@ExploringDanielandRevelationFirst, I was a dedicated christian for 35 years, read the bible and participated in the rituals. I have studied the prophecies and have found many who make similar claims to yours while ignoring the gaping holes in their arguments. Let's start with the original prophecies of the “old testament”. The real experts on the “old testament”, more appropriately referred to as the torah, do not agree with your claim that Jesus satisfied the prophecies. There are many studies and papers that elaborate on the many failings in these claims. In addition, there is a lack of evidence to support that the human figure, Jesus, came to existence under the circumstances described or that he had any of the capabilities ascribed. Next, let's talk about specificity. Prophecies in the bible lack sufficient detail to be of any practice use. For example, to say a nation will fall is meaningless given that most, if not all nations fall eventually. Now, if a date was provided along with the specific circumstances, it would be hard to dispute. This leads to the next issue I will present. A prophecy that can be easily made without divine intervention, based on known circumstances, is not evidence of supernatural predictive power. For example, many are predicting that Trump's current approach on tariffs will result in increased inflation. When this comes to fruition, it will not be evidence of god, just evidence of the intelligence of some individuals. Finally, if you claimed that prophecies have been 100% fulfilled, it is clear that have lost objectivity. It takes only one example to demonstrate otherwise, then your credibility is destroyed. For example, if Jesus were to say “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.” and those things did not all take place prior to the passing of that generation, then your claim is objectively false. Matthew 24 if you are looking for the reference. You and many like you are unable to objectively assess the validity of the bible because you have been taught and believe that it is infallible despite the many contradictions and errors contained within. Just as a word of advice, any time you feel compelled to say “the only conclusion you can come to is…” you should ask someone who does not subscribe to the same beliefs if they are able to come to another conclusion. I prophecise that in 100% of cases, they can come to other conclusions.

@@jimmyfabian5743 the Mark of the Beast is a prophecy that is future. Most prophecies have already taken place and we can see how history fulfils them but this one clearly hasn’t taken place. It’s not referring to Islam directly but Islam will definitely be apart of this system as the prophecy states in Revelation 13:12. “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” This prophecy shows that at the end of time all religions will come together and it will look like a good thing but it won’t be because it will be man made. According to this prophecy there will be only two groups. Those under this beast system and those who are true believers in God who worship Him according to the Bible. I’m always fascinated by how this will take place, Muslims, buddists, Hindus, Catholics, protestants uniting together and I’m constantly looking at world events to see any indication of this. It will likely be for economic reasons at first but it’s getting clearer that the acceleration of natural disasters taking place around the world will lead to this system being formed.

@ExploringDanielandRevelation I was also having what I believe are "visions from Christ or the Holy Spirit" yesterday afternoon. I asked God to make Satan flee if these visions were from him, and instead of them going away, I got a sense of calm clarity, as if God was like, "No, son. This is from your Father." I can almost tell when it's the enemy, because he tries to SCARE you with visions, but God lets you keep the "creeped out" feeling, while also taking the "fear" out of it. Not the "fear of God" fear, but the "Your faith is going to break" fear. I guess that's why I was allowed to keep the "creepiness" aspect of it, because I was like, "Man, God! You can sure CREEP me out! Hahaha!" (I really laughed about it, because it was just so mind blowing!!)

@@arnojellema3816 in the Seventh Day Adventist church system all offerings go to the organisation. Our ministers are on salaries which are not that big, enough to get by. I’m on a part-time salary which is not very big and not enough to live on. I sell books as a side hustle and I’m trying to grow this channel as another source of income. I realise some preachers exploit the offering system but it doesn’t happen in the SDA church. We have schools and hospitals and aid organisations and we employ a lot of people.

@ExploringDanielandRevelation also in matthew 10:5 Jesus said to the 12, Don't go to gentiles. 10:6 go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. In Romans 15:8 Paul refers to Jesus as a minister unto the circumcision. Learn to rightly divide.
