Prestige in Hyderabad is such a let down.. they are not at par with the top 3 builder of the state… material used, unit planning does not show the experience.. and the Prestige’s Property Management Firm is making the experience worst.. The doors made by Morph (another prestige firm) are inferior to engineered wood…. So disappointed with the customer second attitude of Prestige.. ( now we doubt all Bangalore firm entering Hyderabad… seems they are here only for quick money and not maintaining their Bangalore quality and commitment

These are the unique blunders from Assetz which demonstrates carelessness & inefficient design from Assetz. for example 28flr highrise with7units on each have only 2 passengers lifts where max 5 person can go, premium claim requires just an extra step, on these critical aspects, worst inhuman reflection demonstrated because, none of the lifts, including service lift, can cater to emergency or post death situation, in marq all residents have to use stairs in such situations, what a pity. @liveworkshop team who made this video, please prove me wrong, or else ignore.😂

It doesn't look like luxury. The tiles are of any low quality. It's not a 2 *8 and u get only bare shelll apartment.
