Hi! Thank you so much! Actually I may have mentioned it in a previous video or I forgot. We were generally looking in the shin Osaka area and juso area. I really wanted to continue making these videos but at the moment we are at a standstill since a lot of banks do not want to give my gf a loan. I also wanted to work with the realtor, but not sure what’s going on so I have returned to my regular program lol thank you so much and if you need any help give me a holler!

@@JonnyKimchee Thanks for your reply Jonny. We actually went down to Juso to look around and went to the Friendly Street Shotengai. Juso is pretty close to everything but just has a reputation for it's red-light area. The neighborhood itself is old, but some of the condos along Yodogawa Park and River have a pretty nice view going toward Umeda. We're both almost retired and would like to live in Japan but the extended Visa is the tough thing to get. We were there for a month this last time. We're from Honolulu so the flight is not as long as you had to take when you went back home. Sorry for your lost. Anyway, keep up the good work and look forward to seeing your other videos.

Thank you so much! I know a few real estate agents if you need any help. Juso has a bad reputation but I don’t mind it as the houses are cheaper and it’s not even nearly as bad as back home. @@JonnyKimchee I liked Juso and I would live there as it's convenient and yes, nothing is as bad in Japan as it is back in the U.S. mainland and even in Hawaii. We have a friend and his wife that live in Himeji and they think Nishinari is scary with all the homeless, but It's not even anywhere as bad as even in Honolulu. Japan danger is like Japan spicy food, it's really nothing. Thanks again for your offer to help and we'll let you know if we ever decide to try and move to Japan. By the way, I'm just like you, I can only take so much crowd. I don't care for Dontonbori and Namba. Just too many people and too much trash.

I think I know what you’re talking about. But we will be living here for the rest of our lives so paying for a property would be the same as paying our rent. We both are also planning to get permanent residency. Are you speaking of the property management fees?

@@JonnyKimchee I thought that you're not a resident of a country, but if you're thats ok. With PR it may be just easier to get a loan as a percent is so low and usually it's zero downpayment, and just to invest that money. As for management fees - the older the apartment is the higher it will be(and besides it can just get demolished), so if you plan to stay there for life - better up your budget and buy someting new

Oh we’re both living here both near 10 years. My gf and I will probably get our PR in the next couple years. This apartment house isn’t our forever home. This one is a temporary one. We don’t have enough money now, but eventually we will buy something bigger later down in life. Well that’s the problem now without a PR it’ll probably be harder to get a loan. If we can’t get a loan we’ll probably need to buy something even cheaper. So we’ll see what happens.

Actually they got another one in that same building but with a living room so going to check it out, but the problem is the loan from the bank. I don’t think they’ll give us koney

The second is a crowd favorite. We love the interior as well. I’m not sure if i mentioned it in the video, but the renovations are exactly like what you would see in a home that’s a brand new building which goes for 3x the cost of this one. That’s good advice, yeah there are so many factors to put in play and sometimes have to sacrifice a few things for another.

Yoooo, the visit was okay the houses and condos closer to the hub are more expensive and smaller. That would be amazing if we could. 100k in Osaka city is hard to get anything good. Some depreciate some appreciate. It really depends on the house and area. I know someone who bought a nice place for around 400k and got 600k after 10 years and it’s right above the station. I believe the places in these videos won’t really depreciate too much since it’s already cheap. If anything it’ll go up but we’ll probably live there for a long time. ayyyye, yeah weren't feeling these both. The second one yes, but the area really bothered us plus there were no grocery stores around which I may have not mentioned, but we will be doing more tours, I will be going this weekend so stayed tuned!
