If we go along with these statistics (and you'll need to send me a reference where you got this), The 20% are the ones who have actively put themselves into society. But I will also disagree and say I've met many guys who are sociable and attractive and they struggle. The statistic doesnt take variables into account such as anxiety, mental disorders, upbringing, relationships with family and friends etc. Anyone can find a partner if they put themselves out there. Whats important is the honesty behind what you want. For example, I've known of men who have lied about their age when meeting women (such as hes 45, shes 23, and he lied saying he was 31 because she didnt like such a big age gap). grown up men lie about their age...its weird right? By lying and manipulating how she feels about dating someone who she might not want and have an age gap with, takes away her choice of wanting or not wanting to be with a guy. I want guys to be honest with women, not play some 'game' that gets them into bed. something like this is how the cycle goes around and around of women hating men and vice versa.

@@ThatDatingAnxietyGuy Got you! I am 39, looking 28-32 (I literally work with 25-35 people as software dev so can compare to younger ones) - yet I don't hide my age or cheat on that. If some woman will find me very attractive she wouldn't care. I also can understand that women in their 20s want the guy to be 2-6 years older than them.

It's actually logical. Women desire for relationship increase with their insecurities. In today's world most women got a ton of attention and validation. Many don't know rejection. They literally think that guy will fall in love with them and they will need to play with him like a toy. When you do the opposite they will start pushing. It's very common for long term relationships start when the guy is a little lower on that attraction graph than woman. If you have even small doubt but she doesn't you won.

My friend, unfortunately without more context to your situation, its difficult to know what conversations you've had that led to this conclusion. If you're also young, then that tells me you've also not had enough life experience or experiences that can show you that there are amazing women out there for you to date and have relationships with. I want guys to have honest relationships with women, ones where they have been honest with the intentions and also honest with themselves for what they want. One thing I will suggest to you is to look into stoicism and learn how you shouldn't worry or think about what other people think. Only worry about your own thoughts and feelings can help to make relationships with people become more trusting and 'zen' like. saying that women lie to themselves about relationships is too much of a bold statement. You aren't a psychic my friend (unless you knew I would type this?) and you can't guess what other people are thinking and feeling, especially if you don't know them, or met them at all. But take a look at stoicism, I think it'll be a great thing to look into. I appreciate your comment.

I cold approach in London. A lot of the girls I approach, they are a bit nervous and on edge when I initially approach. After I compliment them, they relax a bit. But when I ask questions or make statements, they just give me one word answers and they don't give me much to talk about. So I asked for your advice. Thanks. I just have to practice.

I can't really give you an answer there, its about finding a rythme for your mind that works. I found that batching letters and positions together is what worked well for me. For example, if on 3back the letters 'J' 'G' 'K' came up, my mind would group them together like so 'JGK'. so then my brain is compressing things together. easier example would be if you heard the numbers 1, 8 & 7. Id remember that as '187'. Hopefully that helps.

If you think about it as honing your senses, you're replicating the hyperfocus that adhd'ers experience when they're doing something they enjoy. And of course relevance wise to conversations with women, you're developing your active listening skills and thought process of remembering things she says and, things you can recall to talk about with her. And what I really love about this, is that guys don't need to be learning any 'lines' or 'routines' but instead it works on their recall of experiences.

Stick with it my friend! I think it took me a few months till I finally reached 4back. But my god, you'll notice a huge difference in yourself. 10-20 rounds a day, lifechanging. Good job giving it a go!

Yeah, I feel you dude. Truth is though, the proportion of guys who do that isn't massive (even though it can feel like that with online creators/ viewers) and most guys I've met all feel the same way as you. And with my years in the pickup industry, I can honestly say a good 90% of guys want girlfriends or a much simpler dating life than the image 'dating coaches' may put out across the globe.

I really appreciate that. And that's exactly it. You have 90% of the journey catching up to her to decide what you would like to say or even change your mind about the action. But when you're at that 90% mark (or manages to walk that far and that close), you have to commit and talk to her. Its the delaying guys do at that point that really causes the anxiety or worse yet, creates that 'creepy' atmosphere. So guys are better to hang back a little more if they're nervous, but at 90% of the distance, you have to be committed.

That's a great compliment! what could be useful for guys to hear is after you may give that as a compliment, what do you usually say that turns it into a conversation?

I appreciate that ;) and not looking to leave anytime soon! And anything I can do to encourage more guys to take action and do this but develop a confidence that doesn't rely on structures or routines.
