Porsche 904 at Le Mans 2014 (Director's Cut)
Lap of Le Mans during the build up for the 2014 24H race. Porsche 904-055, as seen on this clip, last raced at Le Mans in 1964 when it finished 8th. It was driven by Ben Pon and Henk van Zalinge for Racing Team Holland. Pon, driving this car, went on to win the Under 2 Litre Class of the European GT Championship in 1964.
This was a parade lap and the first time the car had run for many years - hence the cautious start!

Parade of Porsche Le Mans cars at the 2014 Le Mans 24 Hours. In car footage from Porsche 904, number 33. Driven at Le Mans in 1964 by Ben Pon and Henk van Zalinge. Finished 2nd in class and 8th overall. This was the car's first outing since being re-commissioned. I am trying to drive it carefully! The Porsche 550A in front had a faulty tachometer hence the hold up on the Mulsanne.
