Screen Flicker problem begin from 3-4 days ago after update my hardware all ok its driver software problem,I reinstall window 11 but still not solved, when uninstall there is improved but automatically its run on amd Radeon driver what to do...

I uninstalled driver then its fix but again it automatically run on amd driver then its started...

Roll back driver is not available 😢

I tried this but even on safe mode it flickers alot amd when I try to go to device manager it says "device is not ready"

I have a Lenovo all in one computer I had left it on all night and this morning I tried restarting it and after logging into the home screen it started flickering but only thing shown is the search bar and windows logo at the bottom cornee but I cant click on anything. I tried safe mode but didn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I formatted my HP laptop running windows 11 completely the problem is still their ocassional flicker every 15 secs or so before formatting I booted in safemode and even that had the flickering. I wonder if it's an hardware issue
