Do you have the seed and coords?? Have you found an explanation? Or is this on a server and player made? In all my years i havent seen this and im ao curios
its probably because it generated "inside" the cave so the blocks surrounding it got replaced with air and the water never got "settled". Sometimes it just happens with world gen.
