This is the Kata taught for Yellow Belt 8th Kyu Grade in Dojo Ken Shin Kai as part of our Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo Syllabus. It focuses on fighting two opponents attacking from both sides such as on a narrow bridge or in an alleyway.

This is a slow version of Koshiki Naihanshin for training purposes to help with learning the Kata for students of Dojo Ken Shin Kai

This is a demo for the use of Super Safe equipment for training in Full Contact Karate without injuries. Always training with bare knuckles following the Koshiki tradition.
