The piston head is catching on a milling grove at the top of the damper body, you need to polish the inside of the shock near the top to remove the milling mismatch. It you dry the piston and look under a magnifying glass there will be some scoring around the edge..

I think its either the arms or the diffs. Maybe the issue is the pin or the axle . Kyosho is a very well known brand should not have that problems. Nevertheless. Try the pins and grind the axle a little if everythings seems perfectly normal and still could not solve it

As a professional audio engineer, I can tell you how to get rid of the wind noise in your videos, Bob. I know Kevin has been struggling with this too. The solution is easy: apply a sound equalizer (EQ), remove the lower frequency content (bass) from the audio, and BOOOOOM!! You're welcome 😘
