Excellent content bro very nice!!!💯
What car the best GFRP sprint of customwork
Do you have any left?
Do you have a gear diff for the assault 3.0 HD stand up transmission?
That's a nice car.
I also have a 1st generation custom works intimidator like to kmow if you guys still Carry parts for this car I put on a 8.5 brushless 8 and esc car fast I use 3s and 2s reedy batteries lipo lots of fun I got this car when they 1st came out and it's still competitive
Who makes drives that do not wear like this?
👍
AMAZING, I'M DROOLING!
I had and Raced A LXT, n LOVED IT!!! I'm looking for a LOSI JrT!!
"Tyre Scubber"😂😂 Humans arent very smart. Just do 2/3 test launches & your tyres will scrub up Just fine..
what is the internal gear ratio for the transmission
You getting anymore anytime soon?
Yes we have more on order with FanRC. The best thing to do is to click that "notify me when back in stock" button on our website, so you will know when we get them in!
@@nbensema Yes sir! We stock all the the parts you will need to keep it running. Enjoy!
Bought one of the GFRP bearing cleaning tools. Like it better than my sonic cleaner.
Yes it is a great tool to have for sure!
Video looks fine. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for watching!
Do you have one in stock Mark?
We have them on order with Custom Works. Best thing to do is to click "notify me when back in stock" button to be the first to know when we get them in.
@@GoFastHobbies thank you
What shims do you recommend?
Freaking Beautiful................... Love Nitro Oval anything. What and how many pieces would it take us to make this again?
I had an original dominator. I want another. Sell me that new in box one you have
Nice, they are great cars! Sorry it's not for sale.
Its an RC10 Graphite replica. The Team Associated Worlds car manual does the job in the build. Main difference is the Graphite chassis in the kit v the anodised black tub chassis in the worlds manual.
yes very similar.
Got one and built it today ❤
yay! hope you enjoy it!
I would love to havr one!!!!😮
I don't know why they're complaining about the name so much number one you're using a Traxxas in the first place and I'm with Traxxas on this I bought the car already and as far as I am concerned it will be called a MUDBOSS
I’m guessing people might fear Traxxas trademarking (or otherwise registering) the name and then start suing the people making the ‘original’ mudboss bodies or using the name. Like they did when they send their lawyers after companies making aftermarket parts for Traxxas cars that were using the name of the car the part was for.. Traxxas is extremely protective of their ip and won’t hesitate for a millisecond to send their lawyer after you…
@@Sponge1310Traxxas business ethics regarding other companies is questionable at best. Patenting existing technology and designs and then go after competitors already using existing basic designs and technology. It is just nice to see the bully on the receiving end. If Salvas didn't trademarked the name just in time, for sure his business would be destroyed by Traxxas legal team.
Can you briefly explain the differences between the two Assault models and the Hustler? I am just getting back into this stuff
the name is not trade marked so really they can name it whatever they want
I got mine today! So excited. Couple things... First, it's important to say that I've only opened the box and browsed through the bags and glanced over the chassis.(several times) but... First thing I noticed after pulling out each parts bag one by one was that no lube is included. I had an original and the Associated stuff was a big step up for me as a kid. Game changer to say the least. Regardless of years since I remember it well. I remember the original kit came with special diff lube and probably not so special black grease and also some shock oil. I already knew no tires or rims were to be included so no surprise there. Same for electronics. This is an old school style kit electronics were never included back then. The second thing I noticed was a surprise. No instructions! Bummed. But honestly not a hard solution. Web search can find both the graphite car instructions and the stealth transmission instructions. Third minor thing that could just be me but it looked like the included body was dull or cloudy. Now there could be a protective film but a quick glance didn't show one. So we'll see. But i imagine that's also an easy work around. Fourth, the gear cover was not the same flimsy plastic cup type of plastic i remember. It was however stronger feeling. Perhaps that will prove to be an upgrade. Again we will see. Like i said i haven't even opened any of the bags yet but so far everything looks spot on. I'm hoping it's as good as it seems. I pulled out the ragged remains of my original which is missing most of the rear, including the transmission, as a benchmark. I'm looking forward to taking my time with this kit but first impressions are good. This is not the kind of RTR package you buy now. So I think some will be critical of the exclusions. And there is something to be said about that. But to someone like me I'm just excited for the opportunity to have this whole experience again. Can't wait to see what happens from here.
I hate that design for axles.
Do you have RC 18Bv2 parts?
Man I am so glad to see these parts coming out so I can get my old RC-10's racing again 😁
You and me both!
I ordered a fan rc and will be restoring my original as well. Truly been waiting for this for years. The folks at gofast have been a great help too. Very responsive to all my emails. I have yet to assemble my kit but am so looking forward it. I just hope that the diff balls, diff rings and bearings and such are of similar quality to the original.
Where can i view the parts and how to order it? Im from the philippines.
@@noelpatrickalvior4816 You can purchase them on our website, gofasthobbies.com We ship orders all over the world.
What’s going to be best recommended sprint car kit for a loose dirt track. Unfortunately we don’t have any clay oval tracks. It does groove up decent but we’re having to use small pin tires for racing. Thanks!
Living in the Northeast Modified Territory, The Body is HIDEOUS…Not A MUDBOSS BODY🤮🤮
agreed, it is more of a modified body for sure.
Traxxas nailed this one out of the box 💯👍
it is a nice upgrade to the original Slash.
I love ordering from yall.
thanks!
Wish it would’ve been released as a slash modified
Yes me too!
"Mud-boss"....I always thought it was a stupid and misleading name. It's a MODIFIED!
Just start a Midwest mod class and run them box stock
We will be incorporating into an already existing class we race at our track.
We’re running a box-stock class where I race because unless you modify the heck out of it, it won’t be competitive. That prospect is an incentive to bring more people into the hobby.
I STILL have mine! Bought it when it first came out. Friend of mine had a machine shop in his backyard. We made a chassis for it our of paper thin titanium. That car was stupid fast. We did pretty good at the race track on thursday nights. Good times. Must have been around 1987 I think.
I bet that was fast! Definitely good times back then!
@@GoFastHobbies Man we cheated our asses off at the local races. Even had an extra cell hidden in the lexan. They were great times!
all Traxxas wants is money they don't care just like the Hoosier logo is ALWAYS whit lettered
Sounds about right, there is definitely some truth to that!
I'd cut the two front supports in the front bumper and drill them out a bit for a turn buckle on each side. Could tighten them up and force that front bumper up a little bit. Or just hit it with a heat gun and flex it up. It definitely is weird that it scoops down like that, seemingly only to support the body.
Good idea, may have to try that.
RC10 buggy looks like I remember buying the graphite chassis back in the 90s
it is a replica, with some slight changes. great way to re-live the good old days of rc!
So...allow LCG chassis in B Mod and they can run in the current class?
Not to worry. We will be incorporating it into an existing class at Go Fast. 😊
@@GoFastHobbies Cool!
Looks like an team associated RC10
it is a replica, there are some slight changes. Bonus that quite a few parts work with the original RC10 too!
Kit looks 20 years old.
How about 30 😅
No instruction manual?
There is one in the works, it should be ready early July. We will have it ready to download on our site as soon as we get it.
These sold back out in like 5 minutes. Hopefully fan RC keeps ordering kits
We have some more coming!! Hope to have them in the next week or so. Be sure to go to our website and click the link”notify me when back in stock” button so you can be the first to know when we get them in!
Oh man I ordered one right from fan I wonder when mine will ship.
Replica of what
believe its a rc10 could be wrong but that's what it looks like
It is a replica of a rc10 worlds car, with graphite chassis. It is kind of its own thing. And it is a very nice kit from Fan RC!
@GoFastHobbies i would have led with that. Lol
Looks like a worlds / team TQ10 graphite. Absolutely awesome best of the options for the later model RC10 cars.
What kind of rc car is it ?

Looks like the TQ10 Associated released way after rhe original RC10.
I thought Custom Works went out of business.everytime I go to the website everything is out of stock

Not at this time. But you never know. 🤷♀️
Awesome tutorial and some great advice 👍🏾🔥
