My suggestion to mostOCF photographers is they tends to focus only on the light and not compositions..... Try to put depth in front N behind the subject and the photo will have a big impact than to just stand N shoot in the middle of a bridge

I love that 2x3" softbox. Gotta get it back! Some of these exposures were great, especially from 3:50 onwards. Just takes practise, bud. You got this. Once you understand that when you shoot flash, whether indoors our outdoors, it's always two exposures - your ambient light exposure and the flash exposure on your subject - it begins to click, that a-ha moment. Before you even turn on the flash, you expose for your background the way you want it, then you expose for your subject with your flash. Just practise and it'll become easier and you'll get your exposures faster the more you do it. You got this, bud. Not bad for your first foray into outdoor off-camera flash!

Great job, my preference would be to turn down the flash. I think its a little over exposed, or when you edit the photos, just turn down the white. Great job posing the model.

Pretty model. No disrespect, but I feel these are a little over exposed for my taste. I also like to expose for the background, and use the flash to light my subject. However, as long as your subject is happy, that’s all that matters. Thanks for sharing.
