[120] Custom Making a Dummy Round for a Frontier Single Action Army Non-Firing Replica Revolver
We got sent a sample from a Frontier Single Action Army non-firing replica revolver to see if we could replicate a dummy round for it. After measuring a few crucial areas, we came up with a shortened .38 Special with lead round nose head and here is a video about some of the steps we took to get there.

[117] Mr Bulletfeeder for Dillon 750XL/650XL Reloading Machine Demo and Review
Просмотров 4121 день назад
The Mr Bulletfeeder is a hugely influential addition to the Dillon 750XL/650XL reloading machine, and although it is not an original Dillon part, it is hard to imagine using the Dillon now without the Mr Bulletfeeder. Originally developed by RAK LLC in the USA, it is manufactured under licence by Double Alpha Academy in the Netherlands who are onto the Gen2 version. The Mr Bulletfeeder machine ...
[116] Stopped at the Border! Reloading Bullets Now Even Harder to Buy
Просмотров 100Месяц назад
Now, even more red tape surrounds the transportation of reloading bullets to the UK. The EU internal market is bringing itself up to date in line with UN weapons anti-trafficking standards and it's just like navigating the fearsome US ITAR regime to get anything firearms related out of the EU market. The fallout is new and unexpected, and no one knows what to do about it; this talk is all about...

Got pierced primers? You should worry because it is definitely not normal. But where would you start looking? Is a firing pin too long or jagged? Or is it a fault in the ammunition? [110] Why Am I Putting Bullet Heads in the Oven? A Pan Lubing Demo
Просмотров 582 месяца назад
If I would be doing final lubrication on bullet heads for shooting, I would be using liquid allox. In this case, I needed a more visible and harder mix to lubricate the visible grooves on the bullet head because these are for display and I need more of a harder, waxy product than typical bullet lubricants. That's why I am going through the more laborious and time-consuming process of pan lubing...
[109] Why You Shouldn't Use Buffer for Buckshot Shotgun Shell Reloading
Просмотров 2482 месяца назад
Buffer for shotgun shell reloading is a product that is made to fill in the gaps when SG or buckshot is loaded into shotgun shells. The size of the shot means that there are sizable gaps between the pellets, and the idea is that buffer will help to cushion the shot as it is shot out of the barrel and prevent the lead balls from deforming, thereby helping to improve accuracy. The problem is that...

I will not buy any copies made in China, as I have found the materials used in manufacturing to be sub par, which results in them not holding up in the field. In addition, they copy without any innovation. I prefer UF Pro, based in Slovakia. Their products are made with European materials and manufactured in Bosnia. They are absolute cream of the cream. Have you @flectarnuk considered doing the same sort of thing - manufacture in the UK and be truly confident and proud of your products?

The origen of the big inside chest pockets are from the MK 1 Denasen smock they were nicke named Brazier . If you look at photos of British Parratroopers about to bord there gliders Dakotas you can see them bulging in them they carried exstra food small tins of bully beef spam potatos tea sugger ect . These in turn were copys of Norwegian sky anoraks which had a chest pocket on the outside . The Norwegian army Anoraks were reversable white on the inside green on the outside so when worn with white out the pocket was on the inside which could be accessed by a deep V neck which had a V shaped tounge with eather buttons or toggles later zips but with lage teath as a small tooth zip can freeze . These were bought back to the UK by Norwegian free Army and by British Paratroopers Who later joined the Paratroopers like the Guards Division Paratroopers

Eagle industries created the pouch arrangement seen on these vests in the 1980s with their TacV line. Before that, ABA and EUO made commercially available vests that were somewhat similar but the lineage of these vests can be traced back to Eagle in the 80s, which Blackhawk then copied. Not whatever Russia was issuing their troops in Chechnya in the 90s.

One more point to take: It looks like the top disk on the roll crimp could interfere birdshots, making them dissipate faster, on shorter ranges. Maybe that's the answer why the star crimp is much more popular for birdshots.

I am grateful for this review since it covers practically all the basically-important information regarding the "Lee Precision Classic Cast Reload Press". It does positive and negative aspects of the equipment (at least from the perspective of these 2 users) and goes into elaborate product details that not many reload press videos do. The issue of a 50 BMG Bushing Nut needing a 1 1/16" wrench is not that serious. If you don't already own it to accommodate like me ,just buy one. It's worth noting that Precision Lee products seem very budget-friendly. Love your review! Thanks!
