24:14 For me, tipping has ALWAYS been for someone going the extra mile and doing an excellent job with their service. It has never been a given thing that I should tip for someone doing the bare minimum and of their job. If the job doesn’t pay well enough, they need to figure that part of life out 🤷🏻‍♂️

As I've discovered over the years, audition specs are there as a guide. Ya can't totally ignore them but ya also can't allow yourself to be bogged down by trying to stick to them. We are actors and called to be creative. So interpret them the best you can, do the thing and move onto the next one. 😊

It's a cryin' shame that people would make it their mission to take advantage of folks with VO dreams. If you are desiring to pursue voiceover, PLEASE..PLEASE...ask around and do your research before spending any money.

I think a lot of people get too bogged down into when is the best time to (fill in the blank). The thing that most are missing out on is the follow up. The day (an agent for example), opens your email may not be the day they're looking or needing to add to their roster. Combine that with the huge number of emails they get daily, you may end up on the bottom of a large pile. The way to counter that is to regularly prove yourself worthy of a response from them. But just because you submit at the so-called 'best time of year', doesn't guarantee you anything.

I feel that the automotive genre allows me the most freedom to be creative. I love giving multiple options with slightly different spins. Mostly for tier 3...but not always.
