I don't know if rubbing your knuckles together is considered it's own trigger but it's a unique enough sound that it probably could be (and you do it more frequently and effectively than any other creator I've seen). So nice to see you usher in the fall season with some great asmr. The chestnuts in particular made some very relaxing sounds. I have the same dilemma that I really want to ready more and finish books in a shorter timespan but reading at night tends to make me fall asleep. :P Not to worry about the sporadic nature of your ability to make asmr. I hope you found making it cathartic and helpful to ease your own mind as well as ours. :)

This is just back to basics pure asmr goodness. I really enjoy videos like this. I think the garland or necklace of sorts was wonderful (kind of made me think of Christmas decorations...but maybe it's actually for Mardi Gras for all I know haha). Combining it with the ruler was also a great little interaction. Nicely done. :)
