I don't like Walmart. I think they pretty much suck with regard to retail standards for customer service, appearance, organization, clear pricing, keeping items stocked, etc. But I will dissent here, since you seem entitled. Each store has its own policies and they don't have to allow you to shop there. It is a private business, so shopping there how you want isn't your RIGHT. Just follow their rules or shop somewhere else. They wouldn't have to check receipts if there weren't so many dishonest people feeling entitled to steal. We all pay more because of thieves. Be a snitch and report it when you see it, like I do.

I completely agree, it’s terrifying and ruined Halloween one year for my family. Dude was dressed as a scarecrow though and had actual straw so it didn’t even occur that it could be a person.
