Hi Dr, my wife has been to two gynaecologists, one private in khayelitsha and other one in Melomed Hospital, they both saw fibroids with a size of a grape but they don't say their location and my wife has very very painful period pains and constipation and we have been trying to have a babe for the past 2yrs now.
