Where did you park?

Used to drive my car through the Rockland tunnel back in the late 90's before that put up the barriers. The good old days. Hardly anyone ever went there back then.

I love that place. We went there one day to find a wedding happening right there on the upper overlook area. They used a boom box to play some country song. Can't remember the song, wish I did. It was a very small wedding. Great choice!

What route did you take?

I think this is the place I hiked with the Springs Youth Group one year as a kid, If I remember right it was down a trail that was on the Deer Valley YMCA property. There is also a grave sight up on the Mountain on one of the trails just off Mount Davis Road. It is just a few minutes from the tower and Highpoint lake area. I used to live in Springs Pennsylvania as a kid, used to hike the area quite a lot.

I've been watching all y'all's vlogs on Ohio and PA cause basically I'm from Ohio and I've been thru PA a few times and find that state to be so beautiful. You both do a good job capturing the landscape of the parks . Gorgeous, can't wait to see the one on Hocking hills!

I just recently discovered this channel and was wondering if you have been to Black Waterfalls down in West Virginia. I was there today and must say it was breathtaking.

Gonna try and go there tomorrow and shoot the colored leaves. Looks like rain, cold, and wind, but we'll see what I can come up with. I'm an hour and a half in the other direction near Cleveland.

It reminds me of all the natural springs in Florida! They also have sand at the bottom with water that bubbles up through it! Didn't know there was anything in PA so blue and beautiful, though! But if it's on private property, then that would be a no go for me! There are many state owned springs you can swim in and explore in the lovely state of Florida, but after this hurricane, sadly, many of them may take months to look like they did before Ian!

I know this is an old video but I’ve seen this from the highway passing through PA. I thought I was imagining things! It’s GORGEOUS! I’m so glad to see someone film it up close& as beautiful as it is, there’s no surprise that it’s private.

How is this trail compared to The Falls Trail at Rickett’s Glen? I am kind of nervous about doing Rickett’s Glen. It looks too rigorous. I am trying to find alternatives.

I grew up in Elyria, and often visit Cascade Park. As I age those rock stairs get tougher, and tougher to take, but did it earlier this summer. I am hoping that you took time to see the second waterfall, it is behind the police station. Older folks, don't fret, if you are there at the posted times, there is a tram that will take you to the falls.

Thanks for the video. My partner and I live about 2 hours north of those falls up in Rochester. We're heading that way for a getaway and have been planning where we wanna stay and what trails and falls we wanna see. Thanks for the video, it helped a lot to solidify to head that way for a trip.

Thanks for sharing , neat place … but Now that folks are posting vids of this place , let’s hope it doesn’t turn into a human invasion and complete careless destruction like the Blue Hole in NY . Humans are the virus !

Nelson's Ledges Quarry is a JOKE. We got there at 5:50pm last weekend and, by the time the staff was done checking all the cars in front of us for possible 'hidden' people, they told us all we were too late and the park closes at 6pm!! So we all look at our cell phones - which read 5:58pm! So the super chunky girl tells us "Well, it's gonna cost you $40 and you'll only get to jump off the cliffs until 7pm!" So in marches this rough-looking druggie who claimed to be 'the manager'. She yells to all of us "Yer all gonna have to pay $50 each!! And we close at 7!!" So we all paid our $50 and THEN as we are walking to the cliffs at 6:15pm, we see the lifeguard who tells us the manager needs him and he shut the cliff down! So we all start jumping off the cliff and the manager hurried a guy in a canoe over to tell us "The NEXT PERSON WHO JUMPS OFF THAT CLIFF GOES HOME!!" So, as we're walking back, the lifeguard just so happens to be coming back to his post right at 6:55pm!!!! Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!! The manager just wanted to stick it to us - but I'm going to let everyone on every social media site know about our experience!!!! I'll make it worth it!!!!!
