Hi friend. I am trying to use GTA V Handling Editor 1.7 to change the degree of car damage in your mod. The physics and suspension of the car are perfectly adjusted by you, but the damage is too strong and not realistic (the car crumples very much even from a blow with a hand). When I set the value as a percentage of the current one (for example, 70%) for all cars, rebuild the file and use OpenIV to change it, in the game some cars blink their headlights and it is impossible to drive them away. Apparently some kind of error. Also, the values I changed are indicated without zeros at the end of the value - I don't know if this plays a role. Could you advise me something on how to change the degree of damage to all cars, but not individually. Thank you and don't get sick
Hey, thanks for trying out the mod. However I abandoned it in 2016 and didn't touched ever since. When working on this mod I wasn't using any editor just the notepad so I don't know how to change all at once. Have fun, cheers!

Mod is awesome, but the suspension is too much overdone man, to correctly say it, the suspension is complete and utter shit. Just fix it and it’ll be more life like. Didn’t mean this in any bad way just u know, trying to get the point across

what I like about gta 4: car physics(minus the body roll lol, a bit too much for my taste) what I don't like about it: perhaps the map itself or the ambiance. What I wish gta 5 has: gta 4 car physics.

Handling ma potencjał, ale ma jedną wadę która występuje również w orginalnym modelu jazdy z gta v. Mam na myśli ten efekt wypalania "burnout". Strasznie jest to denerwujące. Uniemożliwia to spokojne ruszanie z miejsca. Taki efekt można przecież sobie samemu wykonać za pomocą dwóch klawiszy. W GTA 4 tego nie ma. Hamowanie mogłoby być nieco mocniejsze tak jak w GTA 4. Gdyby to było naprawione to byłoby idealnie. Póki co przetestowałem rózne handlingi i najbardziej sensowne są trzy. Ten twój, Klimatometa 2.5 oraz ten od P2FX. Twój jest bazowany na Klimatomate. Zmiany które w nim przeprowadziłeś są dla mnie na plus. Za przykład podam, że samochody mają bardziej miękkie zawieszanie takie zbliżone do GTA4. W tym od Klimatomate samochody są zbyt sztywne. Obecnie używam handling P2FX dlatego, że tam nie ma efektu burnout i hamulce są nieco mocniejsze tak jak w gta 4. Uważam, że gdyby podłączyć twój handling który ma najbardziej zbliżoną fizykę do czwórki z siłą hamowania i brakiem efektu "burnout" od P2FX to byłby ideał. Wtedy mógłbym śmiało powiedzieć że jest to idealny port fizyki z GTA IV. Pozdrawiam :)

Also need a mod were you crash if you pull back to hard on bikes and a mod with better dirt bike and 4wheeler driving more like atv offroad games
Now i need a mod that keeps the engine from bogging down every time you ebrak into turns and taking a few to accelerate after even if you have the throttle wide open the whole time

@@BoguZk sweet now to get a wheel haha
@@esmokebaby you can make it to work without wheel, however then you don't have any safety assistants while driving. You can turn it on or off ingame. When on there is no turning helpers and revs can go up as you crank them and never go down on their own.

How to set it up?
I abandoned project long ago, can't remember how to set it :P but there is plenty information on the internet, I believe there are some tips here in comments also. What I remember is you have to overwrite original handling.dat file using openIV app

The RPM in a V8 would never go up to 9000 RPM... Look at his tachometer with the first car.

cars handle great but bikes don't even steer anymore with this mod on, had to manually revert the bikes alone and keep the cars only

i installed this mod and now my handling is fucked and when i get in a car the wheels go through the ground and i cant drive. what do i do?
This mod was made to work only with vanilla cars. Modded cars may not work as expected

Oh, you mean modded cars? It works for them, however effects can be unpredictable since this mod is dedicated to vanilla.
