Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra by Roumen Boyadjieff, Jr.
In my senior year in high school, I was trying to play this piece for my class 1 solo but because I didn’t have the lower note and it was a pretty fast pace (I wanted to do a 2 mallet solo) that never happened. Instead, I did a four mallet class 1 piece called Impressions. Needless to say, that piece got me into state and it was the most successful one I had. I also just learned how to play with four mallets.
wonderful
Thanks Nic! 🙂🎶
