Back in 1999: I had a contract job at a company in Cupertino, CA. There, I befriended a co-worker by the name of Bill who was a few years my junior. One day, we were talking about Rock bands and guitarists. I asked Bill who he liked? Bill immediately exclaimed, Eddie Van Halen! Bill explained that he had seen him play, live, and was blown away! He said Eddie was the best guitarist he had ever seen and heard in his life! I never forgot the zeal with which Bill talked about Van Halen! Bill brought it up again, later, with the same enthusiasm and obvious admiration. Van Halen had made a profound impression on him; one he never forgot! And now, after all these years, I have grown to more fully understand and appreciate why Bill was so emphatic and impressed with Edward Van Halen. He was truly great; and he fundamentally changed the way we saw and heard the guitar being played. He was legendary, and will never be forgotten- May he rest in peace... 🙏🎸

I got to see Nazareth live this summer in Winnipeg, Canada. I went searching and found their acoustical version, which i fell in love with. I just came across this while looking for a tutorial video. My goodness man! You got some pipes on you. This is not an easy song to sing. Great guitar skills as well. I wish you much success in your musical career mate! Loved this.
