such a great vlog! It made me miss California so much (I currently live in NYC bc I'm doing my PhD but lived in The Bay (SF/Oakland) for a decade and grew up in SoCal). Also, I totally felt that talk you had about outfits and how women are perceived in male-dominated spaces. My field is much more female oriented but for some reason, the opinions of men are still overvalued. I learned to just be myself and that not everyone will think I belong but as long as I KNOW that I belong, that's all that matters! <3

It seems that you are physically healthy, smart, hard working, attractive and I'm sure many other positive qualities. You are pursuing a goal and the hardest ones are usually the most rewarding. I struggle with with horrible anxiety, A.D.D. which I only a year ago finally got treatment for, chronic knee and back pain which l have underwent over half dozen surgeries but i know their are others that go through worse. Yet I'm alive, I have a incredible 9 yr old son who is also my best friend. I'm happy and I realized that I will always be a work in progress until my final breath. I'm so thankful for everyone I've meet and the experience's I've had.That's what it's for, the journey and the people. Please try to be happy and always be kind to others you'll be good and if anyone out there needs help with anxiety, depression or serious health issues go get help from a professional and always get more than one opinion. Sorry this was so long, you seem to be smarter than me so you know all this just hope this helps you or anyone struggling.

I feel that. I worked so hard this week like genuinely tried so hard and for what. I’m so tired. I’m anxious around people. And it’s Saturday again and im sick of it. I don’t really look forward to. I never look forward to the weekend. Or the week. Or anything.
