The vast majority of people on here are desperate for the McCann's to be proven to be guilty. They are gagging for it, foaming at the mouth, desperate to see them condemned for it. It's like a feeding frenzy, hyenas ripping at the torn and blooded carcass. A few centuries ago these same people would have at public executions baying for blood, unmoved by the tragedy they see before them.

How anyone can look at these parents and even begin to imagine that they are not telling the truth is beyond me. It's plainly obvious that Kate and Gerry McCann had nothing to do with Madeleine's disappearance. For those who claim they don't appear to be grieving - Oh my God, what sort of people could have such little insight! These are the faces of people living in hell. I can't even begin to imagine their pain - pain which is etched in their faces, and is viscerally real and tangible. There are some true nutters on the internet, who simply don't see what's in front of them, and it's disgusting that so many nasty things are said about this couple.

I find the description so sickning, "someone somewhere knows we're Madeleine is" how could that person live with themselves. They might be happy but the families aren't. This person knows we're Madeleine is and they know everyone in the world has heard of her disappearance. Can't they just be humanly and give her back!

The agony of this has had a profound impact on me.

Devastating. Every parents worst nightmare. The agony is written all over their faces.

What makes it even worse is the years that the McCann's have been robbed - I have no doubt this will be solved eventually!

I have never given up hope. To the bastards that took her you know that you will be found out - give her back. You will have the world against you when you are found out unless you do. Anyone and everyone that had anything to do with this will one day be found out - let yourself be the first to at least point the way and have the whole world with you instead of against you.
