Good Evening, I started driving in 96’, done many things in our industry to include inside sales, sales and others and owner. Take it for what it’s worth, Wild beard, is the real deal. I only know him from his videos, however I would look for a guy/gal like this when building a sales team or other opportunities. If Hirshbach doesn’t set him up with a role within their organization other than driving, they are missing the boat. It’s hard, very hard to find someone like Wild beard, if hirshbach doesn’t someone else will. Imagine Wild beard, being the director of driver orientation, just saying. Stay safe.

that is ALL coach and his crew does any more, it started with GP Transco when coach went there to recruit, and then it went to Artur, and then to Super Ego, and then to Swift, and now to Hirschbach, and he gets a bunch of idiots to sign up for these companies (altho admittedly i still think that swift lease sounds pretty good altho i hear miles arent so great rn for people) and then half of them raise the price on their leases because "wow look at all these people signing up" see Artur Express and idk if Swift raised prices but i def know some things changed with their lease after coach got there and they started getting more people. i remember when i was at prime all i could think was "man i hope this idiot doesnt come to prime, gonna mess up the good thing we all got goin on" im not there any more though so have at it coach, let that be the next place you go LMAO

yo will go broke and like prime, a major ripoff. they sucker lots of people into that shit. better off going to buy your own truck, and use brokers. i did it for 37 years i saw more people go broke with prime and swift. old saing a sucker is born every minute lol they lead you on for a year or so then? no loads. i couldnt do the electronic logs i am used to using 3-4 logs i was done when the electronic logs came out. swift will make you think you are going good figure it out if you make 25 cents a hour your lucky , but then again i think like jb hunt, dumbasses

I had that happen last year just north of Shreveport, Louisiana on an exit ramp. I also managed to lock my phone inside the truck. I had to do the walk of shame into town and found a police officer to help. He called a locksmith and $500 later I was back in my truck. I had spare keys in the truck and finally hid one of them

Happened to me just a few months ago. Guy came out at 4am, within 30 mins of me calling, took him seriously about one minute and he charged me $200.
