Because life should be fun, it's important to go on adventures regularly. Before you know it, you might not be able to anymore. In this channel, I want to show that you don't need much to go on an adventure. So, it won't just be off-road motorcycling, but also hiking, rafting, traveling, basically anything that is outdoors and adventurous. Help me on my journey by giving lots of feedback. Let me know what you would like to see and what I could have done better, and who knows, it might just become a great channel.

Yes, we're still riding. It's getting quite warm, so luckily in this episode, we find some long, deep puddles to cool off in. And once again, I end up on the ground. Any tips to help me stay in the saddle are welcome, so let me know.

What's the point of not avoiding puddles and mud? Does the steering not work, or is it a test to see how much mud I can bring home?

Es war ein schöner Spaziergang. Wir haben auch einen Bunker gefunden, der auch auf RUclips zu finden ist. Danke für deine Antwort. Wir versuchen alle 2 Monate etwas Schönes zu machen.

Dank je. Ik zag jullie bus staan bij Louis. Nog veel aan het toeren? Als jullie nog een keer willen rijden in de buurt van Baarle. Mijn aanbod staat nog. In de lente zijn de meeste paden goed begaanbaar met de motor.
@ Ja, kan kloppen, dat je de bus hebt zien staan bij Louis: Mai-Ly werkt daar. We weten nog niet of we willen gaan off-roaden 🫣 hoewel het aanbod aanlokkelijk is. We zullen in de lente dan wel zien. Een klein beetje training is misschien lang nog niet zo gek. Je weet maar nooit in wat voor situaties je terecht komt… 🤪 Groetjes!

@@funadventures2023to dobre opony ale na takie błocko to niewiele pomoże chyba poza typowo offroadowym zestawem. Generalnie widzę,że świetnie sobie dajesz radę ale ja osobiście nigdy nie rozumiałem, co jest fajnego w taplaniu się w aż takim syfie.. 😁Lubię offroad, lasy, pola, czasem piach ale to jest kuźwa rynsztok 😁
@@aquapoolko thank you. i also like forests and mountains. unfortunately it is illegal to drive in the forests in the Netherlands. and we don't have mountains. but i always try to make up for that when i go on holiday a bit further away
@@funadventures2023 same in Poland, forests are forbidden. However, there are some exclusions and TET of course 😉 BTW, I wrote in polish yesterday, cause I was tired and somehow I thought it's polish channel 😁

I recognise what some of us locals call Daneway Lane Gloucestershire, in the first part of your video. It actually is a favourite of mine for a light trail bike (CRF250/Fantic XEF250 Trail) as it does present a challenge. 4&4 do create some pretty big ruts, so kudos for trying that on loaded bike. By the way happy for 4&4 to run the route.. it's their lane too!😃. If you come back to the area drop a reply to this comment, I'll try and show you some local lanes.

Well done, that looked like a tough lane. I've found time on the bike is the only thing that helps rebuild confidence, and once I've had an off I tense up more making my riding worse. A few good lanes then my confidence slowly returns.

Well done for dealing with each pitfall calmly and methodically. If I might offer a couple of tips, keep your eyes up and look further up the trail. It appeared like a couple of times the terrain suddenly surprised you. Then you target fixated on the bit of rutt that you were concerned about and hey presto, the bike goes down exactly where you were looking. You can tell the knock to your confidence has caused you to tense up because the camera is bouncing around as the bike does. If you can stay loose, the bike can move around beneath you more easily and if you're looking further up the trail you'll be better prepared for upcoming tricky bits. Combine this with really concentrating on being smooth with your inputs. Particularly throttle and steering, but also brakes. Lastly, if you're in a rutt stay in it. If it looks really gnarly, stop and assess the best way to get out of it. Trying to change rutts, at the last minute, is often the cause of another little lie-down. Often you're better off getting a foot down early and paddling the bike through the tricky section. All this comes with confidence and confidence comes with experience. The skills build as you gain both. Don't lose heart and keep on biking. I live near UK section 4 so if you fancy giving it a go another day, drop me a line - you can watch me fall off (and help me pick my bike up! 😅)

@@funadventures2023I think that the experience and the good advice you got is the key! 👍 For my part the first TET will be TET-Netherlands. I’m new to the game and as I live in Düsseldorf, the next TET is in the Netherlands. But before I “conquer” it, I need to upgrade my riding gear! 😊

Hoe bevalt deze 390ADV jou op onze Nederlandse TET-stukjes? Ben zelf ook op zoek naar een licht gewicht adventure motor om hiermee te gaan experimenteren. Ziet er in ieder geval wel erg leuk uit!
Hoi. Het is een leuke motor alleen in het begin veel problemen gehad met de elektra en een dealer die geen thuis gaf. Nu overgestapt naar Hannamax motorsport en die hebben alles opgelost. Sindsdien geen problemen gehad.
Tenzij die gsa rijder 1 maand op vakantie is begrijp ik werkelijk waarom je al die bagage faciliteiten met je meesjouwde. Alsof een gsa op zichzelf al niet vreselijk zwaar is. En die K75, tja die is er natuurlijk helemaal niet voor gemaakt. Eigenlijk heb je voor dit werk gewoon een lichte motor nodig. 50pk is hier al meer dan genoeg.
Helemaal mee eens. We hadden ook niet gerekend op offroad. We hadden gehoord dat je hele route verhard was maar niet gecontroleerd of dat ook echt zo was. Foutje van onze kant. Maar we hebben wel lol gehad en dat was toch een beetje de bedoeling.

Het heet Doel. Net boven de haven van Antwerpen.

De TET is (zoveel mogelijk) onverhard. Zal je toch minstens andere banden en preferentieel andere motoren voor moeten hebben ;)
Ja klopt. We hadden ons niet echt goed voorbereid. Maar we hebben wel lol gehad en daar ging het om.
