No, i just spamed it, also was really low level. to be able to spam the event, I recommend you do party with some friends and clean the event, then all T and enter back it should be spawned again the event, sometimes SOLO it doesn't work. At the end chest you will see it

@@fuark0 Was it a specific event and area? I haven't ran into any event named "Under kyovashad".

@@structuresgaming1927 it was the default one, the kill 3 pillars then the boss. the under kyovashad event its the location where i got it. it may change to kill all the enemies event, don't worry.

I'd farmed from 46 to 48-49 the event under kyovashad like 30runs and got it, i recomend you to go there do the event then go town and go back sometimes you can repeat it
