But this wasnt a review. You basically just walked through he house. Please do more.. You didn't even show the outside.
I do not doubt that this is an excellent property, but: 1. the presentation is rushed, 2. the camera quality and ability to show what is talked about is poor 3. the curtains are closed, and you keep talking about the gardens which you do not show 4. you skip offices, and I am not sure why because they are part of what the buyer would be interested to see irrespective of whether they wish to use the space as an office or something else I suggest you look at how Enes Yilmaz and Luxury Homes London do their videos, and improve your presentation to make sure you do not short change the property being shown Could you kindly share the listing if available so one can get the details?
I strongly agree with you on point one. It really felt rushed, doesn't focus on the fine detail. Man was in the kitchen and sitting room for 30 seconds.

Dope Video. I lIke what you doing. A few notes to take. When you tour a house, it helps that you come a day before to study the house layout, this will help with your squence, the way you walk around the house(be natural, walk like you need buy it for yourself) understand its structure, building materials used, the style of Architecture/furniture, key important rooms buyers/owners must know about. This is a home. If I'm gonna buy it, I need to know everything about it. So it's okay if the video is 30min long. You are making it easier for me to make that long term decision of buying a home. Walk me from the minute I enter the gate, because I'm not there with you, so I want to see everything, show me everything. last but not least lol...don't shoot me. Don't rush it(that's like rushing me as the buyer). It's a Home after all. I need to feel at home. Cheers Billy.👍
