its splined shaft so u need to pull it off, a steering wheel puller might help, but if u dont have a, use heat and oil if rusted on, put bolt back so u wont hit urselfe whit the wheel and pull.. if all fails use a puller tool

im not a therian, im a regular furry making mascot costume or fursuit. im not identify or feel like a animal. even tho i like the ide of a spiritual animal that u identefy or feel like. on a pure spiritual level my selfe identify feel lika regular human to awnser, furry makes costume of there fursona, aka furry characther personal charakter design made for difrent reason. and we often identify as the charakter online like avatar and nick name. its a called fursuit. furry is the sub cultur of animal cartoon charakters
