Pretty amazing place!

Too bad for the excess of homelessness and drugs. This is an amazing place to live and my home. But the divide between rich and poor is getting wider and wider. If you want to buy a house its at least 500 000. But compared to Vancouver is cheap and crime free.

Did anyone else google the Sonoran Desert? (ref. minute 3:25)

I have been coming here since 1991 and consider it a second home but I have one,and only one issue and that is the cost of accommodation . Hotel rooms are outrageously overpriced in Penticton.

Luke Gibson is a great ambassador for the Okanagan. Discovered Penticton through his videos and definitely want to visit!

We Love Penticton ! We live in Ontario and are moving to B.C. in June. Still have not decided what town/area. We are strongly leaning towards Penticton though!

Penticton is great destination for adventurers and nature lovers. Fantastic movie! :)

Two concerns: 1. The guy needs to be on blood pressure meds. Did you see those numbers? 2. The Nighthawk border crossing?? Why on earth did they show that one?

Isn't it an amazing place. That's why I live here. But, if you don't know what BC stands for then your in for the surprise of a lifetime…….. BC = Bring Cash & lots of it. Nothing is cheap and I mean nothing. Food,clothing,gas 25% more then the rest of Canada. If your a tourist.. BEND OVER… Lubed or take it as it comes… No extra charge……. our grape vines are only 50-55 years old most being under 15 years old but we charge Premium prices as if they were hundreds of years old. Real estate, way over priced. Why because most of our real estate is owned by real estate agents or very wealthy people who won't let the price drop even if the rest of the country and the USA is in a deep recession….. It's one of those places that you go to and enjoy what it has to offer, curse getting bend over then go home and enjoy the memories. Oh, don't forget to bring home a nice bottle of Red.
