How to turn a massage table into an inversion bar. Inversion therapy helps the brain get more blood. Put one end at the very lowest setting and the other end leave at the highest setting to get at least a 16" tilt. Great to do up to 15 minutes at a time, up to three times a day if you choose. This may help improve your eye site.

It is more efficient and less time consuming if you use filter water rather than tap. The Sun rays can make the water more alkaline and structured to enter the cell. One only need to leave the bottles out for 1-2 hour in direct sunlight.

the best glass to use for sun-charged water is ultra violet glass , in ultra violet glas the charged water will keep its charge much longer .
No i did not . If you drink a glass of water with the juice of half a lime and add 2 or 3 tea-spoons honey on a regular basis you will not get constipation , and it tastes pretty good . The lime juice detoxicates , the honey is just for the taste . We all eat to much unhealthy food with a lot of additives ( E-numbers) that are unhealthy . Doing a full detox at least 2 or 3 times a year will do a lot of good .
I see . In beginning all physical problems have their origin in our soul . The sunlight has all properties in it to heal . Have you ever tried "sun-charged sugar balls " ? They are called 'globuli' it is a homeopatic medicine , only if you buy them in a store they are not sun-charged . It is possible to charge them yourself , but it would take up to a month and of course you need a month of sunny days . It is too much trouble for me , so i buy them on-line from a store called Nuhrovia , they sell sun-charged sugar balls .
