How would you go about measuring your happiness?

The best boss I ever had was one who said yes when I presented this crazy request: I want to extend my lunch hour from 1 to 2 hours so I can go 2 flights up to the radio station in our building to host the lunch time show. My reasoning? Music relaxes and stimulates me and I'll come back to work better energised and missing the afternoon slump I normally get which lowers productivity. And so, for a whole year, I would take a 2 hour lunch break to become a DJ on radio :)

I dashed into a cubicle at Menlyn shopping centre last week because I had an upset tummy and guess what? Found out too late that there was no loo paper in the cubicle! I had to open the door slightly, peer around and shout until someone rescued me. Carrying a small loo roll in my bag sounds like the perfect solution :)

I bought tons of that stuff back from Germany! Still trying to give it away :)

Penny - love the decluttering and doing this myself! When it comes to Josh's stuff I wouldn't push de-cluttering just now <3 With decluttering in general I am 100% aligned - in fact, if you aren't selective about what you keep, the other items that don't mean anything bury the few items that are special to you! Like having an overstuffed closet that stops you finding and wearing the clothes you love. AND causes anxiety because you never look through it all, always a nagging to-do! When really in two minds, take a photo and store it in an online folder (easier to delete a snap later ;) Keep up the great work (and love the office space!)
