Ok the original version is great. But there is somethinf about this recording, maybe it has a sibdtly softer eq around the edges of the sound. But i aprually prefer this over the original because of it.

One of the best songs ive heard, of that era! I 1st heard it in the movie The Philadelphia Experiment

Ronnie my British drummimg hero from the Ted Heath band days just made this band even better. His big drums gave a great sound.

The man with the trumpet is rather good, but the girl singer presents the best vocal version of the Harry James classic I've EVER heard. *And she isn't hard to look at, either. ❤

It goes without saying that the musicians are exceptional, but whoever was responsible for producing the studio audio and mic set up is a skilled expert indeed, the audio quality is simply superb, really bringing out the finesse that the band has to offer.

RIP Len Goodman, Syd Lawrence and Ted Heath
