    • @ECHIMICA

      The heating of three components together at 90 degree gives yellow solid as product. In last week, we have carried out this synthesis. Roughly, yellow solid start to accumulate in flask after 45 to 50 minutes. So, I would suggest, plz heat properly for 1 hours.

    • @ECHIMICA

      Metalic surface Nickel has number of Nickel atoms. Each Nickel atom forms weak bond with one Hydrogen. Therefore I have shown four hydrogen but there are number of hydrogen on Nickel surface.

    Why electromagnetic radiation in the visible region are coloured? Why this colour is observed? Whether this observed colour is due to electric field or magnetic field?

    • @ECHIMICA
      @ECHIMICA 2 года назад

      Human eye detects the radiation in the range 400-800 nm. Colours are observed in this region is due to reflection or absorption phenomenon. When the radiation in 400-800 nm range falls on any object, then it may be completely or partially reflected or absorbed. As sun is source of light. This light is reflected by objects around us. The colour of object that we see is the colour of light reflected from that object. In this way, visible light appear coloured. It is due to reflection, absoption not due to electric or magnetic field.

    Why we are taking distance between two successive crests or clepts?

    • @ECHIMICA
      @ECHIMICA 2 года назад

      We are taking distance between identical points on successive crests of clefts because this distance is nothing but complete wave. In addition, we can take distance between starting point of crest and ending point of cleft and vice versa

    What I didn't understand sir, is how the (+) charge is gotten by the carbon which has a deficiency of electrons in the aromatic compound?! Please I need your answer.

    • @ECHIMICA
      @ECHIMICA 3 года назад

      When aromatic compound (say benzene) undergoes ionisation, one pi electron is lost that causes electron deficiency on carbon. Ultimately it becomes positively charged
