Me and my buddy got these 2 almost perfect vintage Hobico Avistars at the Dee and Mee Hobby store in Topeka, KS! both of us were super excited, eager to fly with ZERO experience in RC flight! I have quite a bit of knowledge on Nitro engines, as i own a few nitro cars, so got these babies purring beautifully in no time. BUT we didn't even think of trying to train on a simulator, so inevitably the planes are now in ruins! But, the bug has bitten both of us, and while we're both shopping for repair parts, were also learning on a simulator!
