I smoke a blend of blue lotus, mugwort and lavender before bed. I havent gone lucid because i dont work on lucid dreaming during my wake state but my dreams are so vivid its crazy.
Hey AZ! There are sooooo many ways to participate and engage in dreamwork. It doesn't have to be lucid dreaming. Dreams and the dreamstate are amazing for opening you to insights, messages, and forward moving steps in life. Be sure to grab the free dreamwork practice guide. Love your videos. Already tried out one of your shower meditations. I'd recommend a simple fix. Drinking water or a cup of herbal tea. We often forget to hydrate which is insane. Sometimes during a break in the day its good to bring your water levels up.

Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.
