@ yes, including some time up there to soak in the views. We took the Momijidani course which leads you through forest mostly. There’s also a ropeway available if you’d like to save time and energy (:

@@jp0908 yes, that’s what I would recommend (go up hiking, down with the rope way) this way you can also have some time to visit Itsukushima Shrine and try some delicious Momiji Manjus

how to get to uji river by public transport?
You can take the nara line directly to Uji :), there are other options too and the ride is not too long
