Another family fun in the sun weekend with the kiddos! This weekend we took them to Syringa Park. We will definitely be returning, because it is an all around family fun location. Our friends invited us to join them on a club event that played majority House Music. It definitely wasn't usual our vibe and type of music, but it was nice to switch things up and see a different crowd of people. First, we had to find us an outfit lol.

We quickly realized that South Africans not only eat meat, but the country as a whole takes pride in it. There are even regular gatherings called "Braii's," like BBQs, that are hosted serving majority or only meat. However, South Africa has plenty of options in stores and restaurants for plant-based/vegan eaters. We literally have everything we could need here!

Spend a fun family weekend with us! We visited the Johannesburg Zoo for the first time and took the children to an indoor playground. There are plenty of fun, family-oriented activities here in South Africa, and this is just the beginning of our exploration. Enjoy watching us love on our kiddos, while embracing our new home country!

We have an update on our South African Visa situation...

Peace family, Unfortunately, they denied our South African Visa Applications. However, all hope is not lost. We were simply delayed, not denied. We will be living in South Africa before the 2024 elections! Stay tuned to see how we turn this all around.
