The engine sounds kinda are scary, they are familiar car sounds, but feel abnormal because they are ships. Like imagine hearing one of these things fly by you in the dead of night

do you know how to force the game to use a model in inFamous 2 if its not available in the option menu? Theres a Kevin Butler skin in the files if you have the dlcs iirc, but I cant for the life of me to get it to work, I know for a fact someone else got it to work once but they took one screenshot and then they crashed

Cool, I'm gonna try this on my next playthrough! Quick question: can you find all the videos that play on the TV's in-game (Voice of Survival, Breaking News, etc.) and post them? To this day, I'm still not sure if I've seen every single one due to their semi-random nature, not to mention they're usually hard to see as-is.

Since WipEout HD runs on a modified version of the WipEout Pure / Pulse engines, do you think it’d be possible for modders to port a bunch of Pure and Pulse tracks into WipEout HD?

Nothing a little Pilot Assist can’t “fix”. Also, RIP the cut 1v1 mode. Btw, did you know that in Omega Collection, there was a bug that let you race 2048 ships on HD/Fury tracks? (I don’t know if that bug is still there, nor do I remember how to execute it.)

They should add this HUD as an option in an Omega Collection option. As well as an option for alternate Zone Mode palette.

it doesnt work for me, it slows the game itself down but not the sound and when i set the emulation speed it just goes faster like a fast forward, anyone has the same issue?

Interesting. When you're racing, the map is culled. But here it is all loaded at once. Maybe that's why the frame rate is at its lowest in the start of the race.

So we have: - Wales being host to an illegal dark energy reactor and at least some of the Brecon Beacons damaged or stripped bare by 'grey goo' nanobots - Seattle almost entirely walled off and sealed away from the rest of Washington state/the US (assuming either entity still exists in 2207) in a corporate surveillance state - Geneva being reduced to 'ashes' and somehow replaced by an art-deco inspired 'sin city' (which appears to be a European Las Vegas?) - America having a 'great desert' where, outside of the barely habitable Tech de Ra complex, the rest is a completely barren wasteland where the air itself isn't even breathable - The actual Las Vegas being host to a massive AG racing circuit. Searchlights and towers imply some sort of surveillance... - 'Weather machines' on a seemingly deserted Gibraltar: are they needed to keep the climate/weather patterns in check? To what extent? We know the Alps are artificially frozen by weather engineering stations: are there similar situations worldwide? - Nova Scotia being entirely deserted following a deadly 'plague' outbreak, populated only by VR spectators and drones - The Greenland ice caps either completely destabilised or were deliberately melted by mysterious 'philanthropists' for unknown reasons. Also, eugenics centre? Are the humans of 2207 finally cloning/genetically engineering each other? - The Cayman Islands submerged by rising sea levels, with coral reefs on the verge of extinction or nothing more than a few isolated examples, while the floating cities and remaining islands became 'corporate-restricted' - Northern Finland being infected with a somehow restricted version of 'ice-nine' (a hypothetical substance which can freeze any water it touches at room temperature... including Earth's oceans...) - A giant subterranean organisation below Alaska which is devoted to monitoring seemingly imminent global catastrophe ...man, I thought Pure was getting back into the utopian spirit, but the world outside Makana looks TERRIBLE. There's at least three things on this list that could conceivably destroy humanity or the Earth itself at any moment. Maybe this is why Pulse was the last chronological entry in the franchise...

Is this video also in Omega ??? The makers of Wipeout MUST, in the next game, ad video’s of how Elite racers race at higher speeds, to give an example of how the game should be played when its mastered. The vast majority of people who play wipeout of no idea how cool the game gets, and that it’s a completely different game at Phantom speeds then rapier.

Would it be possible to do something similar with inFAMOUS 2? I'd also be curious if there was a way to be able to remove the lock behind the final karma decision so that you can choose the Good Ending on Evil Karma/Evil Ending on Good Karma.
