Persistent left side svc
My carotid artery is also twisted only on left side. Most of my symptoms are in the morning when I fist wake up since blood flow and pressure are decreased during sleep. I wake up with left temple headache, blurry left eye, week left fingers, heavy head feeling, difficulty concentrating and multitasking. As I move around and get circulation going I feel a little more alert not so foggy. I worry I am causing damage to my eye and brain from poor blood flow and oxygenation. The doctors are not worry if a clot or blockage detaching but none the less lack of oxygen is not good.

My center carotid artery is tortuous (twisting) and I am worried about it but my doctors don’t seem to care. How serious is something like this? There is very little info on it. I have been sick for so long, could this be it?
