Hello my dear Nevine, please excuse me if I write it so directly but that is not a Wiener Schnitzel !! A real Wiener Schnitzel is made with thin veal from the leg! What you made is a schnitzel Wiener style because it was made with pork. When breaking down the meat is first put in flour, then in a beaten egg and only then in the breadcrumbs!
