The current version of the NiCE Log File Management Pack runs on SCOM 2012 R2, SCOM 2016, and SCOM 2019. Hope that helps.

Yes, the tool is basically testing the regex pattern that the user is specifying. Log File MP uses industry standard regex pattern query language and so the issue comes down to educating on how one can build regex patterns. There are numerous links from Microsoft that will help you on regular expressions and the Quick Start Guide has the links to many of them. The white papers also give some examples on how you can do this including the actual MP. This way one can just import the MP and test is to see how regex works and even tweak it around to understand it more.Hope that helps.

Yeah I looked at a Microsoft guide yesterday. Managed to get almost everything to work so far. I have until the end of the year, so there's no rush. Thanks for the reply though.
