An overview video of the web design process by Fair Marketing.
There is software called movieposter you can download for free that will interface with PLEX, KODI all kinds of other software. It gets movie posters automatically for you, there is no need to do all this work. This guy asks for a $10 donation to remove the the license watermark and that's it.
Hi Roger! I’m not tech savvy at all, would you be willing to make me a jump drive of about 20 movies I like. Would be happy to pay you for this?
That's dope
What photoshop are you using mine looks nothing like yours.
And analog interconnect are you using?
great vid but with it was for 4k screen
Thanks, I followed your video and had no problems setting this up. I even built my own custom frame which turned out great. There are a few things I would like to add a few things that I discovered in the process of my project. Although I tried with a few different brands of televisions, the Samsung was the best by far, mainly because of the slideshow options available. Also, after batching all of my images, I used a batch random renaming tool to give all of my posters random file names. This prevents the television from displaying all of your posters in alphabetical order. Not a huge deal but I wanted a bit more randomisation, although it’s not completely random, it’s not alphabetical. Thanks again.
Thanks for this… is your header link incomplete?
Good catch- I fixed it.
You Rock!!!
Do you know why it would have not performed the batch action to all of my posters? I Batched like 10 images and only half actually added my marquee. What could be the issue?
cool, now just make another video for the "Header"
Now that is awesome!!!!
wheres the now showing graphic... great vid...
Want me to send it to you?
I've now added a link in the description so you can download the Now Showing graphic
@@RogerJanik1 thanks bud -- i use a program within windows (powertools) which allow you to resize your photos to 1920 x 1080 so u can skip that part in the action script... check it thanks again
How to put the portrait in portrait mode when using a usb drive
I’m stuck on the Now playing part did you figure it out yet 🤦🏿♂️
How did you put the now showing on the poster
I’ve been trying to figure out the same thing 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️😩
I am pretty sure you could just download an image from google and resize it. Although he did not explain this but I assume if you can get this far then you could add a photo.
I've now added a link in the description so you can download the Now Showing graphic
@@RogerJanik1 You may want to double check that. It does not show a full link so we get an error.
@@Nicks_naX Thanks- just fixed it
Great vid! Can you provide where and how to add the Now Showing header? Did anyone find out how to do it or an alternative? Thanks!
Hi- go to 6:15 in the video
I've now added a link in the description so you can download the Now Showing graphic
Can you please show how you got the "now showing". That part was omitted. Thanks.
That the only part I’m stuck on 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
I've now added a link in the description so you can download the Now Showing graphic
Very nice video. I did everything you said using a regular PC. All of the pictures when saved to the new file with the final poster will not save as a JPG file. Photoshop will not offer the JPG option. Is there a way to convert the files completed in order for my tv to read the file on the thumb drive? Or is their a process I'm missing. Last how did you get the banner (Now Playing) to fall into place?
Use 'paste in place' option
Awesome video. Where did you get the now showing to add the your header? Thank you
I’ve been trying to figure that out also 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️😩
I created it- do you want it?
I've now added a link in the description so you can download the Now Showing graphic
Very cool. Great video! I’m trying to do the same thing and I stumbled on your video. The only part that is confusing me is the need to add a header to each poster. Is it not possible to resize the poster art to fit the display? I want to make sure I can get all the poster art I want in the correct resolution before I move forward with mounting the display.
That is the only thing I can’t figure I just gave up 🤦🏿♂️ we need a computer geek asap
This is awesome!!
