bought this in 23, here's my rundown: KA50: good, but only if you have a lineup P61A: basically a worse P61C (tech tree) by worse engines, its like 0.3 BR lower tho ig (i think) so its not bad. M18 hellcat: basically a hellcat. Thats litterally it. Black prince: Good pen, amazing armor (hull tanked an 88mm shell from a tiger once) and on a downtier youre unkillable frontally. 20 KM/H top speed foward and 4km /h backwards (slower than russian tanks lmao). it depends on your playstyle, so this tank isnt for everyone. Its also CAS food. Think of it as a mini maus that only has good armor on the front.

One thing I can't understand in Gaijin's aproach to how they model the airborne ground modes for the radars. The VN-001 aesa radar has an A-G mode which scans for moving and static targets, but can't track them; but you can lock your TGP on the target if you press the lock button. I found one source metioning this and other trying to model a simulation of the AN/APG-70 ground detection capabilities, which mentions a mode that functions basically identical to the VN-001's A-G mode: which is called High Resolution Maps(HRM). Doesn't make sense to a radar to have GMTI modes without the A-G mode. Even on the Kopyo-25, the Su-39 radar pod. From the information I found about it the GMTI works on the HRM mode of the Kopyo-25. For clarifications, radasr that have ground scanning capabilites can make maps of the ground using doppler beams, which can help navigation and ground targets aquisition, and there are low resolution maps and high resolution maps.

Tbh the only interesting one is the KA-50 which is useless unless you have a lineup already for Russia top tier. The Black Prince requires too much patience and it's British. Also there is tech tree Churchills that are probably the exact same, and this applies to every other vehicle as well that goes on sale.

I have played plenty of games with night hawk tuah and only gotten shot down twice Type 93 2S38 If flown correctly you will always get a jump on the enemies and you will never show on radar Most bombing runs I have managed to get is 2 but 3 is definetly doable in longer games And this thing slaps SPAA they 90% of time have no idea what hit them and you should always try kill their SPAA since they are able to kill you if they detect you (players who are in a SPAA are usually low on spawnpoints so killing them reduces the risk of revenge and also removes 1 player from the enemy team) And most planes that were around stuck to lower altitudes and were more focused on CAS than intercepting my F-117 if they even knew I was there Strike from around 5000m and make sure you stay below the contrail altitude Dont be hasty take your time Stay hidden(do the climb at a significant distance from battlefield) Most radars at your BR have 16km range and can detect the F-117 from side aspect at around 10km

What I wanna know is what are those, 2000lb bombs with roughly 300kg of TNT worth for? vs the regular 2000lb LGB with 578kg... I heard the 300kg TNT ver is a bunker buster and from looking at the design wise, its looks slimmer giving it more aerodynamics for speed in a drop. But the game doesn't have the physical pen of the bomb modelled, so its kinda worthless. No?

By far and away, the thing that kills me most while flying the F-117 is the Strela anti-air system. It's the only ground vehicle in the game (at time of writing) with a photo-contrast guidance system. As long as it has line of sight, no amount of radar deflection or IR reducing paint is gonna stop it!
