Hello, Something I’ve noticed is that Baga & Calangute have low budgeted Indian tourists almost all year round. So if you plan on buying old Portuguese houses or plot somewhere closer to these areas and then providing basic accommodation to them at a lower price since their spending power is less. Do you think that’s still a bad idea considering these places are packed for most of the year. Obrigado

Goa is cheap place compared to the materos 😂😂 yes, he says. The amenities in the satellite cities of these metros are better than Goa. This is coming from someone who lives in the some what top part of Goa. (Soilim) 😂😂😂. A village in Bengaluru hs more facilities, thinking on shifting there. Only land available in most areas with resonable rates are orchard ehich r useless for construction.
