I will try to insert a thin slice of foam rubber to put some pressure. Just one question: you put back the top, with keyboard, without replacing the ribbon cables. The you turn it on with the button, which is... on the keyboard! How?

My 5440s indicated that I could take 32 gigs. I was concerned when I watched this video and saw that it only had one RAM slot. But they make a 32 gig PC3L that fits into the single slot.

NO SIGAS ESTOS PASOS!!! Lo que no te cuentan en el video es QUE TENGAS MUCHO CUIDADO al quitar el teclado. Hay 2 cables que hay que desconectar o te puede salir caro el arreglo. Mejor pasa de este video y vete a otros que lo explican mejor. DON'T FOLLOW THESE STEPS!! What they don't tell you in the video is BE VERY CAREFUL when removing the keyboard. There are 2 cables that need to be disconnected or the fix can be expensive. Better skip this video and go to others that explain it better.
