stretches for dancers who want better splits (basic equipment involved)
Hi dancers! If you are close to your splits but still want to go down further or be able to pop into your splits a little easier, try these stretches everyday for a week and see if you notice improvements. To help range of motion, remember consistency is KEY!

It's a joy to watch. Thank you for posting it, Cammi.
Loved it. One small thing, while you're plenty gorgeous, the jump cut zooms are a bit jarring and stop the audience from seeing your complete movements, which is a shame, because you've clearly put a lot work into traditional ballet as well as what appeared to be a few elements of tap and some others. Truly great though.

I inadvertently watched this the first time without any sound/music. I was crazy because the choreography was so amazingly connected to the song that I could along based on what I saw in the dance. And yet it didn't seem super literal, yet connected and well danced and of course brilliant choreography! 🙌🏾
