Actually I think you can ride buses on mobile but however you can’t drive on mobile as it requires a pc

The only bus is the D40LF and second yes this game is advanced with controls, switches and buttons. You may get used to it if you watch a tutorial of Queensway Division.

it's rare to catch a bus and even though the 300 route series may be hard to catch as it's likely rush hour
