These diets to stay lean and have big energy but which only lasts for 1h hard exercise like muay thai or bjj are horrible to me. I was doing 2h of training every day plus 30 mins weightlifting (light) and I was exhausted all the time, dizzy, sleepy... I keep asking my nutritionist I train almost 3h a day I cannot be eating those low calories meals and she didn't know what to do.
